Shipping policy

 

This policy is intended to give you a clear understanding of our shipping policy and our shipping procedures. The policy applies only to Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Italy, United Kingdom, Canada, France, Spain and Switzerland. Please read it carefully after placing an order in our store.

Shipping, processing and order deadlines

  • Order cutoff time is 17:00 (CET/Amsterdam)
  • Order processing time is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Shipping usually takes 4-6 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Shipping costs: Free shipping

Cancel order

Your order will be fully refunded if you cancel it within 24 hours of purchase. Send us an email if you want to cancel the order. Once orders have been shipped, the order can no longer be changed.

Track order

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be created. Provide a correct email address if you want to track your order. Track your package on our tracking page. Creating an account is not mandatory, but it makes it easier to track the package.

Change of address/phone number

If you want to change the phone number or address you provided with your order, please contact us as soon as possible before the order is shipped. Once the order is placed, we can no longer change the details. In this case, you can request a return and place the order again.

Orders cannot be tracked:
If you have a problem with your tracking number or the delivery of your package, please contact the delivery service directly first before contacting us. It may take 1-4 business days for your tracking information to appear. In rare cases, the tracking information may not be updated, but you will still receive your order. Contact us for the estimated delivery time.

International shipping: Shipping only to Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Italy, United Kingdom, Canada, France, Spain and Switzerland.
